We had a long journey to finalize the sale of the lot with the previous owner and submit the drawings to Seminole County, Florida. We finally got permit approval on Tuesday August 25th and started clearing the lot on the 26th.
We are very excited to build our first spec house. 2,330 s.f. total 3 bedroom / 2 baths.
Week #2 Update 09/04/2020
Lot has been cleared and compacted. It’s now ready for the slab, footing form work, and underground plumbing.
