Week #1 Update (7/31/2021
Lot has been cleared waiting for stake out.
Week #9 (9/25/2021)
It has been some time since our last update. We found a gopher tortoise burrow in our site and we have to take care if. This process involved a certified agent and permit from the the Florida Fish & Wildlife Conservation Commission.
Anyway, we are back and running.
The lot stake out have been performed by the Surveyors and the digging for the basement have been completed.
Next week we hope to start the basement footings and retention wall.

We have made some progress in the last few weeks. We finally got the drywall, paint, fascia, soffits, garage and entry door, balcony, floors and shower/tub walls
